Alisa is a true leader in the Healthcare industry. She began her healthcare career in 2016, earning her Certified Nursing Assistant certification, shortly earning her Medication Technician Certification. Previous roles and experience from across skilled nursing facilities, home health, Business and Finance Office Management, Administrative Assistant, and Assisted Living has all shaped Alisa to become the leader she is today, as Executive Director. Joining Prestwick Village in June 2024, Alisa is passionate about serving the senior community. She states, “Dedication comes from a deep belief that the elderly are sometimes forgotten. I am committed to making sure every resident at Prestwick feels valued, cared for, and supported in their well-being”.

Kizzy is a dedicated, senior living professional that has been with Prestwick Village since March of 2022
Kizzy is a dedicated, senior living professional that has been with Prestwick Village since March of 2022. Her first role at Prestwick as Life Enrichment Coordinator and earning her Activities Certification shortly thereafter. Each day the residents enjoyed fun filled activities of all types! December of 2024 she then became the Business Office Manager where she manages accounts receivable, payroll, human resources including, building and maintaining a relationship with family and team members as well as vendors. Kizzy states, “I love what I do, and I do it with love. I aim to improve the quality of life for seniors each day. Walking into work and leaving work seeing the smiles and joy on the residents faces knowing I helped in making a positive impact, brings my heart great joy and that is why I do what I do everyday!”

Elizabeth Ragsdale is a trusted senior resource providing guidance to those inquiring about senior living options. Her love for the elderly began at childhood through volunteer work in a skilled nursing home. In 2006 she began her career at a highly recognized Moore City. Assisted living and Memory Care community, where she earned her Activities Certification, with a concentration on Dementia. She was shortly promoted to Sales Director, dedicating 10 years. Following senior living, she accepted a role as NC/SC territory manager with a National Durable Medical Company, educating professionals about medical equipment of all types, for all ages with all medical conditions. In Aug 2026 she returned to her roots, as Sales Manager. Elizabeth says, “It’s not a job when you are proud of your purpose and love making a difference. I enjoy planning events, building relationships within Scotland and surrounding counties and attending Chamber member functions. Being a resource to others brings me happiness.”

Tracy Smith is a passionate healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field across a wide range of leadership roles. As a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator for 17 years and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she has built a career centered on compassionate leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional resident care. Tracy now serves as Vice President of Sales, where she partners with communities and their sales team’s to drive occupancy growth and lasting relationships throughout the healthcare industry. Tracy’s mission is to inspire others, strengthen communities, and create meaningful outcomes through integrity, collaboration, and a genuine passion for senior living.
